ORGANIZATION AND ANALYSIS OF AN INTERNATIONAL SATELLITE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM.

Abstract

The structuring and cost effectiveness analysis of a hypothetical system tieing european engineering and research sources with data processing requirements to computers in the U.S.A. through existing telephone and communication satellite systems. Small computer to large computer direct communications over existing land and satellite lines are also included in the analysis. (Author)
