EVALUATION OF NUMERICAL DESIGN PARAMETERS,

Abstract

The problem of evaluating the numerical parameters of structures on the basis of other already known and completed structures as standards is investigated. A method for the adoptation of graph coupling coefficients based on the procedure of stochastic approximation is proposed for the solution of this problem. Two variants of an algorithm -- one with a determinate sequence of coefficients and the other with a random sequence satisfying certain limitations--are compared. The results of experimental tests of the proposed algorithms are presented with regard to the specific problem of evaluating the parameters of an excavator. (Author)
