SPECTRAL INVESTIGATION OF ACOUSTOELECTRIC DOMAINS IN n-GaAs BY MICROWAVE EMISSION STUDIES,

Abstract

The experimental and theoretical study presented in this report pertains to the investigation of the spectral composition of acoustoelectric domains in semiconducting n-GaAs single crystals. The investigation is carried out by detecting, resolving and analyzing the electromagnetic radiation occurring from such domains. The experimental technique is the standard superheterodyning appropriate to microwave studies.
