OMEGA PHASE VARIATION STUDY.

Abstract

Airborne implementation of a phase correction technique should be preceded by a careful investigation of the various techniques available. The size, weight, cost and iteration time are critical items in the airborne computer field. Inclusion of unnecessary computational refinements and accuracies at the expense of these items must be avoided. The purpose of the study was the evaluation of several mathematical models for predicting phase corrections in light of these considerations. (Author)
