DEVELOPMENT OF A MOLECULAR BEAM DETECTION SYSTEM AND VELOCITY SELECTOR.

Abstract

A multidisk velocity selector and an electron bombardment molecular beam detector have been constructed. The design and construction of the two units are described in detail. Their performance is discussed and suggestions for maintenance are made. (Author)
