THE GENERALIZED CLUSTER DECOMPOSITION OF THE S-MATRIX.

Abstract

The cluster decomposition of the S-matrix for arbitrary measurements (including non-asymptotic measurements) is derived from a generalized first cluster property. The corresponding connected part of the S-matrix is then shown to satisfy a connected unitarity relation containing terms not present when only asymptotic measurements are considered. (Author)
