THE OPERATION OF BASIC FLUIDIC ELEMENTS ON HYDRAULIC OIL,

Abstract

An investigation into the feasibility of operating standard commercially available fluidic elements, designed to function on air, on high pressure hydraulic fluid is presented in this document. Three types of units are investigated (1) proportional amplifier, OR/NOR, and Flip Flop. High pressure hydraulic performance was found to be similar to that achieved with air. (Author)
