AIRPORT CAPACITY HANDBOOK.

Abstract

The handbook has been designed to provide a means of analyzing airports to determine capacities in terms of both the movement rates and the aircraft operating costs resulting from the rates of flow of aircraft. It can be used to compute present and future airport capacity and to accomplish economic analysis of planned facilities. (Author)
