PROGRAMMED INSTRUCTION IN TECHNICAL TRAINING.

Abstract

The report summarizes research findings pertaining to programmed instruction and experience gained in the use of programmed instruction in the Naval Air Technical Training Command over a six year period ending in 1969. Overall evaluation of the program indicates that programmed instruction has made a major contribution to training efficiency during the period and that considerable potential for further gains exists.
