THE ACCURACY OF THE ENGINEERING METHOD FOR CALCULATING STRUCTURE SHIELDING.

Abstract

Random and systematic errors were determined for each important barrier and geometry reduction factor used for evaluating the shielding afforded by structures from fallout gamma radiation. The determination was based upon applicable experimental data and Monte Carlo calculations. (Author)
