Abstract

The report covers in detail the solid state research work at Lincoln Laboratory for the period 1 February through 30 April 1969. The topics covered are Solid State Device Research, Materials Research, and Physics of Solids. The work formerly reported by the Optics and Infrared Group will henceforth appear in a separate report entitled 'Optics Research' to be issued by the Optics Division.
