The report discusses the work performed in three categories (a) experimental measurements near thermal energies (glory scattering); (b) experimental studies at energies above l eV (source development, ionization phenomena, and vibrational excitation), and (c) theoretical studies (angle transformations, higher-order glories, and quenching of normal glories).
