THE DESIGN OF COMPLEMENTARY VERSATILE CIRCUITS USING INSULATED GATE FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTORS.

Abstract

A versatile complementary circuit using insulated gate field effect transistors is used in the design and optimization of a set of electronic functions. The twelve electronic functions obtained by changing the external bias and/or load conditions are discussed. New types of Pulse Duration Modulation, Bistable Multivibrator Operation, and Monostable Multivibrator Operation were obtained. (Author)
