THE ANALYSIS OF LEAD DIOXIDE USING A MODIFIED HYDROGEN COMBUSTION TRAIN,

Abstract

Problems with traditional volumetric methods of analysis of lead dioxide have brought about the development of a procedure based on a modified hydrogen combustion train. The relationship between the purity of lead dioxide specimens and the heat of reaction and reactivity of compositions made from them is examined. Current attempts of a computer program to relate properties to performance by multiple regression analysis is discussed. (Author)
