DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORT AND RESTRAINT TECHNOLOGY.

Abstract

Guinea pigs were exposed to backward and forward facing and tail first impact accelerations in two types of support and restraint systems at entrance velocities of 40, 60, and 80 ft/sec. Using probit analysis, the refined LD50 G level was calculated and the results tabulated for comparison of the two systems for survival potential. (Author)
