CONTROLLING ROAD ICING IN KRASNOYARSK REGION,
Abstract
Many icing areas have been registered on the newly built roads in the region. It has been found that open flumes for water runoff should be made from good heat-insulated materials and rectangular shaped flumes provide best performance. (Author)
