A TRANSISTORIZED DC-AC INVERTER.

Abstract

The termopribor design bureau has developed the PN-025 transistorized voltage inverter. The PN-025 converts 24-v dc into 220-v ac at 50 Hz. The transformer operates under saturation conditions and carries out the switching of the transistor. To stabilize the frequency in the inverter and make it independent of the supply voltage and load variations, a series oscillatory LC circuit is used. Thus, with plus or minus 10 percent supply voltage variations the frequency variations at the inverter output do not exceed plus or minus 1 percent. Test samples of the inverter successfully completed laboratory and industrial tests, and preparations are being made for lot production. (Author)
