AIRBLAST CHARACTERISTICS OF AN/FO, PHASE I,

Abstract

Ammonium nitrate/fuel oil (AN/FO) charges weighing from 260 to 4,090 pounds were fired in a surface burst mode. Airblast side-on over-pressures and positive shock wave duration were measured and compared with those from 238-pound TNT hemispheres fired as controls. (Author)
