DEVELOPMENT OF AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COATING FOR STEEL CARTRIDGE CASES.

Abstract

The report covers the development of an electrically conductive varnish for steel cartridge cases. The varnish has good conductance, will withstand 144 hours salt spray exposure, and is compatible with M1, M7, and M30 propellants. A proposed specification was prepared for its procurement. (Author)
