AIRCRAFT INTERFEROMETER DEVELOPMENT.

Abstract

In this report the special features of the three interferometers flown successfully in a KC-135 aircraft are discussed. The vibration disturbance in the aircraft required that the interferometer servo be made 'stiffer'. The steps taken to accomplish this are presented. The special shaker table used to check the interferometer for its vibration sensitivity is described. (Author)
