ON PARALLELISM OCCURING IN THE REGISTRATION OF POTENTIAL GRADIENT AND GENERAL LOCAL BRIGHTNESS.

Abstract

When continuously registering the atmospheric potential gradient and the air earth current on one hand and the general local brightness on the other hand, occasional parallelisms and anti-parallelisms between these elements were observed. Communication of these observations and some hypotheses with regard to their interpretation are given here.
