A TRANSISTORIZED WARNING SIGNAL GENERATOR FOR USE WITH AN /AIC-10 INTERCOMMUNICATION SET.

Abstract

A variety of transistor circuit alternatives for warning signals was developed. The output signals from these circuits were demonstrated. Their relative interference to mental concentration was evaluated in the contractor's laboratories by psychoacoustic test. This report is concerned chiefly with the design and performance of the particular circuit chosen for the preliminary design model. The report also contains the other circuits developed and demonstrated, and an appendix on the evaluation of the various signals. (Author)
