OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES OF COMMUNITY FALLOUT SHELTER SYSTEMS

Abstract

The primary purpose of the study was to develop an evaluation instrument which could be used to assess the operational capabilities of community fallout shelter systems. A secondary purpose was to translate the basic data used in constructing the evaluation into guidance material useful to local civil defense planners.
