Abstract

The purpose of this research was to design and implement capabilities for impact evaluation and comparison in computer language system. Two guiding objectives in the development of these capabilities are the inclusion of a variety of impact data types in the evaluation process and the ability to perform parametric analyses over sets of actions, parameters, consequences and utilities.
