TURBINE DISK TEST BAND,

Abstract

A device for testing of turbine disks under conditions of thermal cycling, which contains apparatus for heating the periphery of the disk and cooling its central part is distinguished by the fact that with the purpose of approximating test conditions to work conditions of a turbine disk, the device for heating is made in the form of a circular combustion chamber, and the device for cooling - in the form of chambers with grids placed along both sides of the disk, which have concentric circular openings located along the radii for inlet of cooling agent, which are overlapped by circular washers for the regulation of the size of the grid.
