COMPUTER STUDY OF THE LATERAL RESPONSE OF A T-33 AIRCRAFT USING A SIMULATED SUMMERS 1025A PILOT ASSIST SYSTEM.

Abstract

A computer study was made of the lateral response of a T-33 aircraft cruising at 450 mph true air speed at 35000 feet with tip tanks empty using a Summers 1025A Pilot Assist System. Studies of required gains and tilt angle were conducted. (Author)
