DETAILED CHARACTERISTICS OF MICROPULSATIONS IN THE FREQUENCY RANGE 0.1-2.0 HZ.

Abstract

Geoelectric micropulsations recorded at Ashland, Maine on magnetic tape were digitized and analyzed. Emphasis was placed on examination of the complex pulsation activity in the frequency range 0.1 - 2.0 HZ by means of digital frequency-time analysis (sonograms). Results are presented which allow qualitative and quantitative study of micropulsation fine structure during both continuous and impulsive type events. (Author)
