ONE METHOD OF AUTOMATIC COMPRENSATION FOR THE INFLUENCE OF DIELECTRIC LOSSES DURING THE MEASUREMENT OF THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF MATERIALS IN AN ALTERNATING FIELD,

Abstract

The report describes an improved electronic device for measuring the moisture content of structural materials, regardless of the chemical composition or salt content of the materials involved. An automatic compensation circuit based on a varicap is provided which balances losses in the sensing device. Schematic diagrams and graphs showing the results of laboratory tests are also included.
