PRODUCTION OF SYNTHETIC FATTY ACIDS,

Abstract

The authors discuss saturated organic acids of the aliphatic series, with broad application as raw material in the soap industry. The main, national, economic significance of the production of these new products is the possible replacement of industrial edible fats by synthetic products, and also their use as a base for the production of new synthetic products for national consumption and industrial utilization purposes.
