DETERMINATION OF MOISTURE CONTENT OF FREON-12 BY INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY,

Abstract

A means is given for determining the quantity of water in freon-12 by the method of infrared spectroscopy, based on the measurement of water by infrared radiation. The method allows the determination of water concentration from 0.0003 to 0.0040% with an accuracy of 10% (relative). The analysis of one sample may be completed in 7-10 minutes. (Author)
