MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF STEEL AT LOW TEMPERATURES, VOLUME I

Abstract

Information about the physicomechanical properties of basic structural steels in the temperature range plus 20 to minus 253 degrees C is given and the fields of application of various steel are indicated. For every steel grade mark are given tables of physicomechanical properties at subzero temperatures, and, in many cases, the curves point out the effect of technological, structural and exploitation factors on steel strength.
