BASED PARAMETERS AND PROPERTIES OF THE STANDARD FM-125 FERRITE-TRANSISTOR SERIES,

Abstract

A description is given of the FM-125 series of ferrite-transistor modules, intended for digital systems with clock frequencies below 125 kHz. The series is built around five types of modules, all using 0.4 VT cores measuring 3 x 2 x 1.1 mm. These cores have the best static, dynamic, and temperature stability characteristics of all Soviet-produced cores intended for logic circuit applications. All modules make use of P16 transistors, which do not have to be preselected. The characteristics of the modules are given. All modules, depending on application, may be used as inhibit, memory, and fan-in elements. The FM-125 series consists of modules assembled in register, counter, comparator, adder, and other configurations, mounted on boards printed on both sides with 33 contacts.
