PARAMETRIC AMPLIFIER,

Abstract

An Author Certificate has been issued for a regenerative parametric amplifier with a wide pass band. To regulate amplification gain at nonstable operation of a pumping generator, a directional coupler into which a crystal detector is inserted, is introduced in the pumping channel. The detector converts the variation of the pumping power directly into voltage variation of the p-n junction bias of the amplifier's parametric diode.
