F-106A ENVIRONMENTAL VIBRATION,
Abstract
The data presented in the report were obtained on F-106A S/N 56-455. Data were obtained during normal takeoffs and landings, throughout the level flight regime and under maneuvering conditions involving 2 g turns while decelerating through Mach 1. All flight data were obtained with the aircraft in a clean configuration. It is recommended that the data be used as a basis for preparation of vibration qualification specifications applicable to new aircraft with configurations generally similar to the F-106A/B. (Author)
