WEAK CONVERGENCE OF THE AVERAGE OF FLAG PROCESSES.

Abstract

The principal concern in this paper is obtaining a functional central limit theorem (invariance principle) for the average of a flag process. Applications of flag processes are made to counters, queues, and shot noise.
