Abstract
This report on the conference is divided into four parts. The first portion is a brief review of the conference and its relationship to the first conference which was held in August 1965. The second portion of the report contains the budget. The third portion contains the two programs which were made available to all registrants; one of these contains the abstracts of the papers presented at the conference. The last portion gives a list of the attendees who registered for the conference. (Author)
