A STUDY OF THE DYNAMICS AND STABILITY OF HYDROMAGNETIC SHOCK.

Abstract

This report describes theoretical and experimental investigations on preionization by high-power microwave, precursor waves in shocks, turbulent heating in shocks, stability and shock structure. Brief descriptions of a number of separate investigations undertaken in these areas are presented. (Author)
