THE INFLUENCE OF OCULOMOTOR SYSTEMS ON VISUAL PERCEPTION.

Abstract

The report summarizes work on the influence of the influence of the oculomotor systems upon perception. Two general problems were considered: saccadic suppression and size-scaling. Of particular interest is whether or not efferent or outflow mechanisms play a significant role in these perceptual phenomena. (Author)
