CUSHIONING PROPERTIES OF FIVE-LAYER CORRUGATED FIBERBOARD PADS: LOAD APPLIED TO CENTRAL AREA ONLY.

Abstract

The response to dynamic compression of multilayer corrugated fiberboard cushioning partially loaded in the central area is substantially different than the response of the same material fully loaded. A simple relationship between load area diameter and optimum performance criteria is given for the material and load method studied. (Author)
