EFFICIENT COMPUTER AIDED ANALYSIS OF NONLINEAR ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS,

Abstract

A digital computer algorithm for analyzing the behavior of nonlinear electronic circuits using the state-space approach is described. The nonlinear, time-varying and adjustable-parameter elements are removed and treated externally to an otherwise linear system. For each varying element a new input and output port of the system are defined. The nonlinearities are described in terms of the state of the system expressed at the output ports to which the nonlinear elements are attached. (Author)
