SUPERCONDUCTORS AT SUBMILLIMETER AND HIGHER FREQUENCIES.

Abstract

This report is based on a survey undertaken to estimate the potential of future superconductive devices at frequencies beyond 30 GHz. The report should also have some usefulness for scientists and engineers in the sub-mm and IR field planning to use low temperature, and in particular, superconductive techniques. (Author)
