DETERGENT,

Abstract

A detergent to clean graphite-soiled nylon fabrics was developed. The detergent is composed of a polymer and a surface-active substance. Polyvinylacetate emulsion is the polymer and the surface-active substance consists of Duopon (sulfonyl of aliphatic alcohols), Metaupon (product of condensation of oleic acid with sodium methyldaurine), and calcined soda.
