THE EFFECTS OF SOLAR MODULATION ON THE ENERGY SPECTRUM OF HEAVY COSMIC RAY NUCLEI.

Abstract

The intensity and energy spectrum of VH-nuclei (20 < or = Z < or = 30) are being studied in nuclear emulsions flown from Fort Churchill in 1968. In particular it is planned to determine the form of the energy spectrum at low energies in order to study the effects of solar modulation. Provisional results of relatively low statistical weight are reported here. (Author)
