INFLUENCE OF MICROORGANISMS ON THE PROPERTIES OF PETROLEUM-BASED FUELS,

Abstract

The effect of mycobederium lacticolum and pseudomonas pyocyaneum on the performance and physical-chemical properties of kerosene oil T-1 and TC-1 and diesel oil was examined. It was found that changes in certain properties of the oils, such as acidity, iodine number, resin content, viscosity, thermal stability and evaporation, result in deterioration of the oil.
