THE DYNAMIC THEORY OF INTERFERENCE OF X-RAYS FOR A CRYSTAL OF FINITE DIMENSIONS,

Abstract

An expression is derived for the relative intensity of x-ray waves reflected from a finite-dimension crystal (nonabsorbing crystal). A theoretical curve is given of the dependence of the max. relative intensity on the number of atomic planes for a calcite crystal. No complete reflection occurs at any incidence angle. (Author)
