PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE LOADING SEEN BY A SINGLE MASSA TR-11C SHAKER BOX TRANSDUCER.
Abstract
The in-water loading acquired by a reflector-backed shaker box transducer is a measure of the reflective effectiveness of the reflector. A reflector-backed Massa TR-11C shaker box transducer was tested at sea under various operating conditions. The obtained measurements were used to determine the loadings seen by the transducer in all of these different cases. (Author)
