THE EFFECTS OF EXTENDED HIGH-TEMPERATURE STORAGE ON THE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF SEVERAL STRAIN GAGE PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS.

Abstract

This publication reports the results of a test program to evaluate the effects of high-temperature storage on the performance characteristics of several types of commercial strain gage pressure transducers. The results obtained indicate shifts in the zero pressure output and the sensitivity, some of which are permanent. The equipment used and the procedure followed are described. (Author)
