PROTECTIVE PROPERTIES OF ANTIFRICTION COATINGS DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF OIL,

Abstract

The article reports the results of work, carried out for the purpose of determining the most effective method of antifriction treatment of surfaces of teeth in hypoid transmission, for increasing of wear resistance and antiburr ability. The object of investigation was the hypoid transmission from an automobile which is the most common among Soviet passenger motor vehicles. (Author)
