PRIMAR II. PROJECT 3-9 IMPROVING GUIDANCE TO SUBORDINATE COMMANDS.
Abstract
The study was conducted for the purpose of determining how the assignments of missions and the allocations of resources can be made more timely, understandable, and consistent. The study group examined guidance which is dispatched; and considered proposals, impending changes, and comments on guidance previously secured from the field. Specific recommendations to improve guidance are presented. (Author)
