PARACHUTE SYSTEM,

Abstract

A parachute system is described consisting of a release parachute, a main parachute, the canopy of which is held closed by a circular reefing shroud, passing through holes with metal eyes distributed around the perimeter of the canopy, and held by a releasing device, connected with the release parachute and with an unfurling mechanism set up on the canopy.
